Autumn is here, bring on the Jumpers.

Rebecca Walker

Now that the dark nights are drawing in and I’m starting to seriously consider hibernation, i’m on the hunt for jumpers.

Last year my wardrobe was completely designed around breastfeeding and easy access, so I didn’t invest in anything new. Which means this year I’ve given myself a bit of freedom to go out and invest in some snuggly goodness.

So here are a few of my current favourite jumpers which I have my eye on (oh okay, some of them have already tempted me!)

Levi, Ruffle Sweatshirt in Red - £55

I bought this gorgeous jewel coloured treat last week and I haven’t taken it off yet.

Its so comfy and easy just to throw on quickly, yet the bold colour means it makes a real impact and certainly helps to brighten up a dull day.

Effortlessly stylish.

Magnificent stanley jumper

Magnificent Stanley, Mumma Sweatshirt - £38

Another firm favourite around here is Becky from Magnificent Stanleys range of adult Sweatshirts.

You pick the letter and the Liberty fabric and Becky creates a special jumper just for you.

She also makes the most incredible children’s wear, blankets and muslins (well worth a look if you haven’t already seen her beautiful brand.)

Scamp and Dude - Adult super Soft Sweatshirt - £50

Need a bit of Leopard print in your life? Well I have got a beauty. From what is becoming quite the cult brand it this blush jumper from Scamp and Dude. I’ve had my eye on one of these jumpers for a while, not only is it full of personality but the brand is built around the desire to give children going through hard times confidence and empowerment.

I love this one in particular, with its fun flash of neon pink piping.

New Look - Rainbow Stripe Panel Jumper - £27.99

There had to be a rainbow brights jumper in the mix didn’t there?

This jumper from New Look is ticking all of my the boxes for my Autumnal needs. Bright colours.. yep, Roll neck… yep, Thick enough not to need a coat… yep.

If you are feeling particularly ambitious and are feeling like you need to get yourself a hobby for these long winter nights. Then I love this DIY Cable knit jumper of dreams sold by Lauren Aston Designs - £55.

I’ve dabbled with knitting before, but never made anything like this, but Lauren really makes you feel like you can achieve something this incredible with just a bit of time, tea and with her helpful kit (I love that she even has a Facebook group you can go to for advice and to showcase your makes.)

As your DIY’ing the jumper, you can pick from a huge range of beautiful colours. I’m currently debating between the Mustard and Forest, decisions, decisions….
